Arie
Arie has been working at Euro Used Clothing for 4 years after spending 6 years at Gebotex, where he learned the trade from the current and former CEOs. He is responsible for overall operations and manages production with a team of 2 supervisors on the production floor and Judith and Gordana in the office.
The strength of the leadership team at Euro Used Clothing is its small size. This allows them to personally know all customers and be flexible in dealing with various situations.
The team has extensive knowledge and experience in sales to many countries, and thanks to years of experience, they know perfectly which items fit best in the sales composition. Communication lines are short within Euro Used Clothing, allowing for quick responses when needed.
Judith
Judith has been with the Boer Group for 25 years, with the last 17 years at Euro Used Clothing. Together with her colleague Gordana, she handles all documents related to outgoing shipments and is the primary point of contact for customers and other involved logistics external parties.
Judith also handles the planning for recycling and rags within Euro Used Clothing. Customers looking to buy recycling and rags can turn to her.
She is also responsible for the timekeeping for temporary workers.
Gordana
Gordana has been working at Euro Used Clothing for 17 years. Together with her colleague Judith, she handles all documents related to outgoing shipments and is the primary point of contact for customers and other involved logistics external parties.
Within Euro Used Clothing, Gordana manages the personnel administration for all contract workers. She is also responsible for planning for Africa, Eastern Europe, and other parts of the world.
Gordana speaks and writes in the Russian language, which is a valuable asset in communicating with Russian-speaking customers.
